Numerological couple analysis
To get a first impression of you/you, I work numerologically. Based on your birth numbers, I can roughly classify your/you in terms of character and assess what type of person I am dealing with.
In a coaching session, I will present your entire relationship and family system and make all subconscious influences visible to you, i.e. transparent and understandable. Psychology to look at. You will gain helpful insights to understand why you have chosen this particular partner.

You lie completely relaxed on the couch while I work on your feet and regulate your system via the head and diaphragm zones on the soles of your feet.
Kinesiology makes use of muscle testing, which means that the information that your muscle fibers have stored in their cellular memory is utilized.
Your feet become a small lie detector, with whose help I can access your subconscious and "kinesiologically decouple" useless beliefs that are deeply rooted in the system and thus dissolve them. I anchor positive affirmations that help you to process your issue, to allow your emotions and to break through certain imprints.

Experience a change of perspective
A change of perspective often helps to clarify seemingly hopeless situations or to resolve feelings such as powerlessness, helplessness, dismay, panic, fear, sadness, anger or despair.
In a meditation, you connect with the person with whom there is a conflict and put yourself in the other person's shoes and try to feel and sense how the other person is feeling and why he or she behaved that way towards you.
Understanding each other's emotions is extremely helpful in processing traumatic experiences and creating a healthy relationship for the future.

To achieve emotional balance, I like to use essential oils from the doTerra brand.
The pure plant extracts promote relaxation, processing of issues and healing of trauma. They can provide relief on both a physical and mental level.
I use kinesiology to test which oil is beneficial for someone. In aromatherapy, a smell that may be unpleasant at first is used to dissolve the unpleasant situation associated with it in the subconscious. After a while, the smell is perceived as much more pleasant.
